Advice to the owners

Do better by your tenants. Fix the violations, clean the building, hire a 2nd super and a 2nd porter. It’s 119 units!

no active super, management expaects tenants to do their own repairs, dirty, rodents, roaches, known for bed bugs. a few unit occupied by groups of men, elevator breaks and stays broken for wekks at a time.
