Rent stable, I would stay if I could
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive landlord, anything that gets broken gets replaced right away. Love the laundry room. There is an exterminator who comes monthly. Management is proactive with heat. Once temps hit 40s, heater is on.
Cons:
It's a walk up, can be tiring if you live on high floors.
