Pros
Quiet neighbors, good location, and convenient access to public transportation and local stores.
Cons
Ongoing issues with moisture and mold-like conditions over the years, especially after repeated water leaks. Pest problems including mice and insects. Heating in my apartment has always been insufficient compared to other units, resulting in consistently cold winters. Some repairs were made, but underlying problems were never fully resolved.
Advice to the owners
Address the root causes of moisture and heating issues rather than temporary fixes. A full inspection of plumbing, insulation, and pest control would greatly improve living conditions and long-term tenant satisfaction.
