    Used to be a grand building

    Pros:
    My immediate neighbors have been here for many years
    Cons:
    Dirty, unresponsive landlords, parking access doors are continuously broken, hence no safety for cars or back door entry access. The elevator and floors are in dire need of cleaning.
    Advice to owner:
    Please clean and provide proper safety precautions

    Pros:
    Have lived here for 50 years and it was lovely. Family friendly. Now it’s poorly managed, uncared for and falling apart. It’s filthy
    Cons:
    Heat is awful in the winter, laundry room is filthy. Management is unresponsive and nasty

    Clean! Care about the property
