Former Tenant
Pros:
We all knew each other. It’s was a community in there, most of us were Caribbean, Haitian Jamaican, etc the building looks nice and elevators usually work
Cons:
Pests were seen in the halls VOMING from outside, although it’s an old building, it kept up well enough, maybe some caulk is needed in the corners
