So far so good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Water is good, Heating is proper, Garbage is taken out on time, Washing Machine on building
Cons:
The elevator could be a little bit cleaner. From time to time, there is water on the floor in the basement where the washing machines are due to rain.

To many holes
Former Tenant
Pros:
Garbage is remove morning and evening. Management is responsive.
Cons:
Apartments could be kept up better. Fixture issues within apartment

Huge apartments, big bland under-serviced building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge rooms and multiple closets in the street facing 2 beds. The current super is pretty good but overworked. The building currently has multiple violations that can’t move forward because of the lockdown and the court being so slow.
Cons:
I was conned into signing a lease for Allstate Realtors that looked rent stabilized. Instead I’m a sublettor and they can raise the rent as much as they want every year. Building services are spotty. Floors don’t always get mopped. Lighting in the hallways is dismal.
Advice to owner:
See, “conned”, above.
