Everything you need to feel comfortable
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like location of the building. It has subway, buses, stores, groceries, gym, and restaurants. Also, it is quit and safe place.
Cons:
Subway to close as a result, I can hear sound of train. Also, it has restaurants and night times are crowded. In addition, highway where people on sport cars like to ride after 11pm.
Advice to owner:
I will advice put more cameras out side that able to take a photo a cars that moves at high speed and able to send to police. Also, ask Turkish restaurant behind building to close a night time because people at this restaurant so loud. In addition, I will advice make disinfectant.
