Super was friendly and responsive.
Cons:
Roaches and more pests. Loud neighbors. Elevator constantly breaking. Impossible to get new appliances

there's no laundry within the building
constant package stealing with no security cameras
rodent/pest problem consistently
the landlord is a cheap man who doesn't believe in fixing apartments unless they're moving out.TERRIBLE
