Its an apartment

Pros

It’s rent stabilized and the amount of space in my apartment is great. It’s by Brooklyn college qnd the Q train. which helps since I work at the college and I can travel to manhattan fairly quick

Cons

There is a major pest issue. That I am constantly battling. I have had mice before and roaches constantly . Also be ready to take care of things yourself. I once dealt with a leak for two days, because no one could come and fix it. Other things I have dealt with on my own.

Advice to the owners

Have pest control come out and take care of the building in a more rigorous way.

Super was friendly and responsive.

Cons

Roaches and more pests. Loud neighbors. Elevator constantly breaking. Impossible to get new appliances
