Renters approve of the building's owners
Good location for transit.
Nothing is ever the responsibility of the owner, regardless of contractual obligations. Doesn't give heat. Cigarette butts all over outside from absentee owner (lives down the block). Landlord constantly pesters tenants about mundane and personal things. Landlord gets violent physically when things don't go his way.
Sell the house to someone willing to be a proper landlord.
