Super is responsive, area is nice. Walking distance to beach.
Despite staff cleaning the building frequently and keeping my apartment spotless there was still a roach issue. It might have to do with residents always throwing garbage in the refuse closet and not down the chutes. Also likely infestation from other units spreading.
