If you hate drama, Avoid this landlord

Pros

The neighborhood is gorgeous and the neighbors are lovely.

Cons

The building is in shambles. The landlord ignores the complaints I gave about squirrels in my ceiling and she constantly harrasses you with texts and calls. The drama is constant. Constantly threatens eviction. I finally had to move to destress my life. She is EXTREMELY disrespectful

Fix your building, stop treating it like a passive income, stop lying to your tenants, and stop texting calling them constantly
