Deadbeat daddy landlord — not terrible, just not present
Pros
Location is amazing and the building is small so even though there’s no elevator it’s a short walk up to your place. Tenants are polite.
Cons
No super, landlord hires random guys who never speak a word to you while doing certain fixes or installing things. Landlord refused to return my security deposit despite me leaving my place better than I found it. Landlord also took on a construction project at one point and allowed workers to keep the front door propped open for hours at a time — dangerous!
