Nice apt but horrible management

Pros

nice location in greenpoint and a lot of the apartments have been modified into 2 new bedrooms (vs. a larger 1 bed/studio)

Cons

horrible management, landlord would call us and threaten to increase rent in the middle of the lease. was never able to communicate effectively, sent us the wrong lease multiple years in a row, and threatened us about our security deposit after we had already moved out and were paid. stay away

hire an actual property manager so the landlord doesn't randomly yell at tenants
