Great apt but terrible management
Pros
Great location, nice neighbors, very well insulated from neighbors and between rooms
Cons
Management is terrible and extremely disorganized. So rude, hard to reach and communicate with, and really difficult to work with in general. The landlord called us twice to let us know offhandedly they were raising the rent and then kicked my roommate out of the unit. The lease is written in a way that forbids any form of legal action so tenants be aware!!! If anything ever breaks in the apartment don’t expect to get it fixed
