Worst building in Williamsburg

Pros:
Conveniently located to everything Williamsburg has to offer as well as transportation.
Cons:
The building is not maintained well at all!! 1) Garbage and recycling constantly piles up and attracts rodents because it is not removed regularly 2) Common area hallways are never cleaned 3) Eddies Sports Lounge has a degree of loud noise and music that is unlike anything I have ever experienced. Their customers and the employees are all beyond rude and inconsiderate 4) the buildings front entrance and stairs are very poor lit- I find myself very feeling nervous and unsafe at night. 5) at one point they had a junkie living in the basement because he would take the trash out for $5. I witnessed him multiple times doing drugs on the stoop. 6) they illegally dump garbage and bulk items across the street on a hill which is the entrance to the BQE- such an eyesore looking at it from your bedroom window in
Advice to owner:
Clean up your property and ask Eddies Sports Lounge to have some respect for its neighbors!
