Review Summary for 95 North 7 Street
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for 95 North 7 Street highlights its excellent location and friendly neighbors as major positives. However, consistent issues with cleanliness, pest infestations, and poor maintenance significantly affect living conditions. Tenants report frequent heating failures, unreliable hot water, mold, flooding, and weak water pressure. Garbage management and building security are notably lacking, leading to package theft concerns. Many renters express frustration with the landlord’s unresponsiveness and negative attitude toward maintenance requests. While the building offers affordability and a quiet environment, the prevalent infrastructure problems and management shortcomings discourage long-term tenancy. Prospective renters should weigh these factors carefully.

Don’t do it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is phenomenal and rent is on the lower end for the area but it’s not worth sacrificing your mental health and standard of living.
Cons:
Not clean or well maintained.
Leaks, mold, pests, random holes and cracks everywhere.
Packages constantly stolen, janky lock on the front door
Plumbing is always backed up so heat barely works half the time.
Garbage and recycling is just a feee for all in front of the building.
Cherry on top is that the landlord is an asshole (and infamous for being one. Many who live or have lived in the area knows his rep and sends sympathy when i tell them who mine is).

Advice to owner:
