Renters approve of the building's owners
Super affordable, great apartment layouts, and all three bedrooms are roughly the same size and have 2 windows which make it great for roommates. They only raised the rent a bit each year and it was easy to put in work orders. No pest issues on the 3rd floor. I would move back!
Water pressure could have been better but I honestly don’t have anything bad to say.
