Herman/Isaac/Chai is a scumbag

Pros:
The space itself is nice but that's all
Cons:
Abusive and intrusive landlord, rumors of sexual solicitation and abuse from him, goes in the apt without consent, threatens without reason, calls late at night, threatens family and co signers
No maintenance, no heat, no pest control, no intercom, no garbage cans and the list goes on
