The space itself is nice but that's all

Cons

Abusive and intrusive landlord, rumors of sexual solicitation and abuse from him, goes in the apt without consent, threatens without reason, calls late at night, threatens family and co signers No maintenance, no heat, no pest control, no intercom, no garbage cans and the list goes on

Advice to the owners

Go back to jail !

worst building I ever lived in

really close to lots of things, including a park. three subway lines close.

the ceiling collapsed on me twice. The electricity went out often. it flooded once when it was raining and the rain wasn’t even that bad. very shady
