Great Location, Bad Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Quiet block, proximity to community garden is added plus -Close to L train and citibike docks -Never experienced pests
Cons:
-Landlords don't really care, you're one of many properties they manage. Things will eventually get fixed, but it takes too much hassling. -Pretty sure the bottom floor got turned into an Air BnB

Worst landlords I’ve ever had
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors and backyard space
Cons:
The people running this place are criminals. Basement flooding, they come in without 24 hour notice multiple times, pests, unresponsive and still haven’t received my security deposit after 8 months.
Advice to owner:
Do better.

Don’t recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good amount of space for rent cost and a nice backyard area
Cons:
Maintenance is obsolete in less they’re trying to rent a place. Management is rude and has not been understanding about the pandemic. Biggest pet peeve- entering our apartment without 24 notice.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants better. We’re not just people who give you money every month, we’re humans trying to feel at home and safe during a global pandemic.

Aya Living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice backyard, nice room and quiet neighborhood
Cons:
Rats in first level apartment
Advice to owner:
Learn how to actually answer your tenants and not have them in an inhumane living environment and have no care in the world except for taking my money.
