decent tenants, generally quiet being in the rear building, cute apartment layouts with lots of windows
stray cats use courtyard as litter box which continues to be an issue for years. pipes froze in middle of very cold nights a few times and was hard to reach owner for help. but issues are taken care of relatively quickly
