Convenient location, close to many great bars and restaurants.
Cons
Building is rundown and can use renovation. Ceiling leaks during rain.

Live in super who is there to package up trash and help w any maintenance / the occasional lock-out. Close to L/G/J/M trains Friendly neighbors / pet friendly Working heat / hot water
Cons
Thin walls - can hear music from below and next door apartment but have been able to discuss with neighbors to alleviate Pests - have had cockroaches (Raid spray got rid of them and I sprayed near doorways and havent had much issue since) / slight mice infestation that I handled myself with traps Smoke- someone in building smokes and gets really strong in hallway / seeps into my groundfloor apartment sometimes
