Location, water pressure, apartment layout, large windows. Friendly landlord, normally responds quickly.
Common areas in building are not well kept by building i.e. stairs etc, scuffs on walls (probably hasn't painted in a while) but nothing outrageous. You should plan to clean these areas yourself.
Routine cleaning & maintenance. Buzzer to building units.
