It's OK, management has cut perks significantly

Nice location near the park. Roof deck, decent gym.
Cons:
Used to have 24h concierge, not anymore. Management got rid of it and replaced the night shift with an intercom.
The roof on the 123 side used to be pretty nice, but has been destroyed and "under construction" for years now.
