Management doesn’t care

People who work in the building are great and neighbors are friendly

Cons

Insane rent hikes on renewal (15-18%) Managent is not very responsive and does not care for the tenants. Had no heat for 3 weeks and management didn’t cove any additional charges incurred and was not transparent about timeline.

Mostly good, except for manager

Pros

This building is clean, neighbors are friendly, and layouts are spacious. Concierge staff are especially courteous and helpful.

Cons

The property manager is a jerk and threatens to fine you for every little thing (especially with pet ownership). It never happens, but he's really rude about it. Maintenance doesn't seem to know why they're referred to your apartment and can enter at the wrong times, which is the manager's fault 100%.
