Management is not responsive. Also the call center that I get when I call to contact maintenance lacks professionalism. I spoke with a lady name Jen who cursed and yelled at me. They are always cutting off the water. It's unsafe and unsanitary. When I call to tell them about it they do not help they argue.
Advice to the owners
Train your staff at the call center to be professional and respectful. Also repair the things we put tickets in for
