Great location and Nice neighbors

Pros

Everyone in the building is friendly and respectful. The super is available almost always. Common areas are clean. Tall ceilings and spacious for amount of space.

Cons

The heat is very tricky in the height of winter. I can't control the bedroom heat so it gets super hot but then it is very cold in other parts of the apartment. There was a neighbor who was a terror to the whole building community (he's gone now with minimal help from management). The building is in no way sound proof but most people are respectful.

Pros

Location, Price, Cleanliness, Super, Management, were all great in my opinion. The building has a true Brooklyn feel and is very well maintained.
