Rent stabilized! Can't beat the price. Good layout of apartment and decently sized. Things generally work.

Cons

Location, by the train. You get used to the noise though.

Nice space, loud and too hot

Pros

Space is good for 1 person. Super is responsive and lives nearby

Cons

Heat is too intense. Next too above ground subway. Can not open windows to cool down unit. Had to run a/c during the winter
