Pros

Landlord owns the building and rents directly so no management company. Rent has been reasonable though they did raise the rent significantly in 2023. Two units have utilities included since their power, water, and gas are linked.

Cons

Basement apartment needs to be gutted and redone. Building is slowly falling apart. Landlords live in Utah so maintenance gets done on larger issues but upkeep is typically ignored without bothering the landlords.
