    - Quiet neighborhood - Central AC/Heat - Large outdoor deck - In-building W/D

    - Small rooms - High price for sq/f

    Landlord will never help you out!

    The area is gorgeous. The apartment right near Domino park.
    Cons:
    The landlord will never help you out. He ignored phones calls. Let the building be freezing cold won’t come help until 1 week later. Guy fell down the stairs ended up in the ICU there was blood all over the stairs he never cleaned it up.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more aware of what tenants need. Pick up your phone ! Stop ignoring everyone’s text messages and phone calls.
