Landlord will never help you out!

Pros

The area is gorgeous. The apartment right near Domino park.

Cons

The landlord will never help you out. He ignored phones calls. Let the building be freezing cold won’t come help until 1 week later. Guy fell down the stairs ended up in the ICU there was blood all over the stairs he never cleaned it up.

Advice to the owners

Be more aware of what tenants need. Pick up your phone ! Stop ignoring everyone’s text messages and phone calls.
