Overall great place. Good area.

Pros:
Has a pool. Super on site. Thick walls. Doorman. Quiet street. Great view. Good area.
Cons:
Impossible to find parking. Garbage, roaches. The door is broken often and not fixed for long periods of time. Back entrance still has a few steps, there is alternative route through front lobby that 3 buildings share, but you can’t bring any trolleys/carts/wagons through it. You will be charged for fire alarms, even for window guards if you didn’t put your kids in the lease.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the door and exterminate roaches.

Pros:
The interior is nice. Security is on point. A swimming pool is a plus.
Cons:
Maintenance takes much longer than it should. Living room doesn’t have a ceiling light box.
