Overall great place. Good area.

Pros:
Has a pool. Super on site. Thick walls. Doorman. Quiet street. Great view. Good area.
Cons:
Impossible to find parking. Garbage, roaches. The door is broken often and not fixed for long periods of time. Back entrance still has a few steps, there is alternative route through front lobby that 3 buildings share, but you can’t bring any trolleys/carts/wagons through it.
You will be charged for fire alarms, even for window guards if you didn’t put your kids in the lease.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the door and exterminate roaches.

One of the better residence in Brooklyn

The interior is nice. Security is on point. A swimming pool is a plus.
Cons:
Maintenance takes much longer than it should. Living room doesn’t have a ceiling light box.
Advice to owner:
Better maintenance service.

Budget Friendly Apartments

The building is very clean and there is a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts walking distance from the building.
Cons:
The neighbors are inconsiderate and the apartments are extremely old, with very thin walls.
Advice to owner:
Invest more in this property.

The building is essentially perfect, which decent management, and a great and friendly landlord.
Cons:
Some of the tenants that are on the same floor are a little noisy, but what can you expect from a family with seven kids. There is no laundry room.
Advice to owner:
No notes really.

Nice tenants and building staff, clean building, fast maintenance response
Cons:
A little roach issue, pricey rent.
Advice to owner:
My advice would be to be on top of extermination’s and pest control. There have been times I’ve seen roaches and centipedes in the hallways.
