worst landlord I've ever had
Pros
we have a lot of space for a good rent
Cons
heat went out for 2 months in winter and landlord didn't care. blamed us. then said it was a better. then called every plumber in Brooklyn looking for a cheap price. meanwhile I had no heat and he just didn't care. we have lots of mice--found one in the oven last week. landlord threatened to evict us because we throw away too much trash. every conversation with landlord turns into a screaming fight. he can't communicate without screaming.
Advice to the owners
have some compassion and fix things in a timely manner
