Pros
No neighbors! Only unit in the building above a storefront. cute and sunny
Cons
Landlord never fixes issues. Waited over a year for a new fridge because old one was leaking. Never hires the appropriate contractor to do work always has his own handyman come “fix” things with a classic landlord cheap fix. We never had working doorbell all 4 years living there. Finally got a leak fixed in my bedroom and came to find out there was no insulation in the walls just drywall and brick, After years of complaining about being cold in winters and insanely high energy bills.
Advice to the owners
Invest in your property with quality work and we wouldn’t have to bother you alll the time
