Newer building with fast super

Pros

Rooftop, gym, responsive super, rent stabilized, big windows and a lot of natural light. Spacious

Cons

Noisy because of the street, rooftop not maintained well and furniture in tatters. Experienced package theft twice. Cheaper finishes.Otherwise good.

Advice to the owners

Rooftop has a lot of potential and they should replace the furniture.
