Beware - Terrible Management!!!!

Pros:
410 Lexington Ave are rent stabilized apartments
Cons:
Management rarely responded to our maintenance requests. They promised our main door and sink cabinet to be replaced - they never did it after 1.5 years.
We spent the first months of our lease with a door that couldn't be locked or opened from outside.
We spent 5 months without a lease because they never wrote back after asking for a pet rider.
I don't think they care about 410 Lexington because we are rent stabilized so they can't get all of our money. Apparently 420 (not stabilized apartments) have no problems at all. Terrible. Would not recommend for a second.
Update: They stole our security deposit even though we cleaned and repaired all the walls before moving out. Our neighbors also got their security deposit stolen. Landlords are scum, and these are one of the worst.
Advice to owner:
Treat all your tenants with the same respect and attention you do to 420 residents. Stop discriminating and provide the services we pay you for.

A comfortable living, nice rooftop

Rooftop access, friendly neighbors, not much partying or noises
Cons:
The apartment itself is very small for a 2 bed but what isn’t in New York City
Advice to owner:
Please enforce the no smoking policy
