Beware - Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
410 Lexington Ave are rent stabilized apartments Good space in apartments
Cons:
Management rarely responded to our maintenance requests. They promised our main door and sink cabinet to be replaced - they never did it after 1.5 years. We spent the first months of our lease with a door that couldn't be locked or opened from outside. We spent 5 months without a lease because they never wrote back after asking for a pet rider. I don't think they care about 410 Lexington because we are rent stabilized so they can't get all of our money. Apparently 420 (not stabilized apartments) have no problems at all. Terrible. Would not recommend for a second.
Advice to owner:
Treat all your tenants with the same respect and attention you do to 420 residents. Stop discriminating and provide the services we pay you for.

Pros out-weight cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained building with wonderful maintenance staff! Super friendly and attentive.
Cons:
“Fake, new” building with thing walls. Appears nice up front but begins to deteriorate after two years.

Urban Young Abode
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the amenities, gym, rooftop, lounge and cleanliness of the building most day. I also like my home.
Cons:
Bedrooms are very small. Poor lighting in the apartments (aside from natural lighting) there is no lights in the bedroom, we had to buy lamps. And the lighting within the units are quite dim. No real overhead lights, accept in entry.
Advice to owner:
Find a way to connect 410 Lexington with 420 Lexington. Paint the apartments over. Lower the rents…too expense for 2nd rate apartments.
