A great deal

Pros

Super affordable and decent space. Utilities included to the rent!

Cons

Trash taken out by tenants, water pressure, sometimes roaches in the hallways and most tenants work in the building

Not bad for the neighborhood

Pros

Amazing space, garbage management was us taking out the garbage lol so I gave us a 3

Cons

Sometimes the water pressure was a little weak but that's it. Oh also getting to the fuses in the basement in case they blew.

Advice to the owners

Never really communicated much, just sent rent and lived there. It was easy going.
