    Pros:
    Pest control visited every week
    Good location
    Cons:
    Nosy neighbors
    Terrible water temperature and pressure
    Loud neighbors
    Advice to owner:
    Until certain tenants move out you won’t keep people from moving out. With the price of the rent there needs to be another water heater for the building.
