noisy and turns out previous tenant was executed in our kitchen

was cheap and spacious, had washer/dryer, an outdoor patio/roof deck

Cons

NOISY from above (hellish neighbor who never took his huge heavy boots off) and below - an all-night bread delivery business that made so much noise from 7pm-7am that it sounded like a train was coming through. Our complaining attracted the building’s dept, which annoyed the owner (and got him fined heavily for having rented our unit as a live/work space with illegal kitchen and washer/dryer and basically got us evicted. Did I mention it turned out that one of the tenants before us was a drug dealer who ended up dead in our kitchen?
