Used to be a great deal, but starting to feel run down
Pros
The community - great people in this building. Also the neighborhood, being close to the subway and 5th Ave. The elementary schools are fantastic, lots of playgrounds and restaurants.
Cons
The laundry room - at least 2 washers or dryers are broken at all times. The parking lot is currently filled with rats that are living in people's engines.
Advice to the owners
You used to take way better care of the building, but it seems like you don't really care anymore. You need to replace the broken laundry machines.
