Cheap landlord/ racist to people of color

Pros:
Quiet tenants in building
Cons:
No intercoms bells not working for almost 2years now as of today still not working, packages gets stolen anyone can walk in building, building leaks all the time the entire building always a pipe broke
Advice to owner:
Get bells fixed, bells not working for a year and a half refrigerator and stove old and worn after paying rent in this Building 30 years never no new refrigerator or stove
