It is okay

Pros

Rent is really affordable and they base your rent off of your income. Apartment is a pretty decent size.

Cons

Management is hard to get a hold of when calling them to fix things. You would call them and they will create a ticket for you but no one ever shows. You basically just have to end up fixing things yourself. Neighbors are okay, luckily in my floor they were fairly quiet.

Walls are really thin so you would hear really loud noises from outside. Lobby door lock always ends up broken once fixed
