    Not good for kids

    Pros:
    Cheap and workers are dedicated
    Cons:
    Too much mice in the building and coakcroahes. It's dirty because people that lives there smoke and are dirty.
    Advice to owner:
    Pest control regularly and put non smokers in a different apartment. It's not fair for us
