    Lovely home in central Crown Heights
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very clean and tidy, wonderful new fixtures and appliances, and amazing sound proofing.
    Cons:
    No roof access, gym only in one building of the set. Delivery companies (UPS/FedEx/USPS) tend to leave packages in the hall, which can lead to theft.
    Advice to owner:
    Bring back the door watchman.
