Nice space, no major complaints.
Pros
Quiet, space is large, common areas (hallways, garbage management) consistently taken care of, mail never stolen, no pests.
Cons
Management very unresponsive but luckily we did not need to reach out to them often. Could be seen as a benefit (a hands-off landlord I guess). Heat is an issue, the apartment was advertised with a controllable thermostat but turns out during the winter you can only turn it on (85 degrees, cannot adjust) or off (we could not leave it off in case the pipes froze over).
