Management is useless

Pros:
amazing location! lol
Cons:
building has zero sound insulation, windows are falling out of the wall and management refused to provide proof of insurance for contractors, refuses to address necessary repairs and will outright lie to tenants (so know your rights)
Advice to owner:
get a new job, demolish the buildings or pay for necessary repairs

Pros:
Great neighborhood, bars, close to subways, good storage. Good sized rooms.
Cons:
Management never fixes anything, intercom doesn’t work and management refused to fix it. Management raised rent 20% every year. Bad appliances, tiny kitchen. Common spaces are not maintained or cleaned. Rats infesting the exterior facade of building. Spotty electric current — lights flicker intermittently.
Advice to owner:
Align the price of the unit with its actual current state.
