Landlord sucks big time

I'm currently suing the landlord in small claims court because he refuses to respond to my messages about giving my security deposit back, there were ALWAYS bugs despite constantly asking for exterminators to come in and cleaning all the time, one of the bedrooms shouldn't legally be considered a bedroom because it has no window to the outside world. But the landlord is the worst issue, I would never rent any unit from him after this court case.
