Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight both positive and negative aspects of 12 Meserole St, Brooklyn, NY 11206. The building's prime location near transit is a standout positive, with spacious units and responsive owner interventions during lockdown being praised. However, there are concerns about management issues, including slow responsiveness, heating inefficiencies, and past occurrences of pests. Some residents have faced challenges with rent hikes and renovation-related disruptions. Overall, while the building has its merits, addressing management efficiency, maintaining cleanliness, and pest control could significantly enhance the tenant experience.

far from "perfect" management
Former Tenant
Pros:
convieninet location to subway
Cons:
Perfect Management harrassed us to leave the apt ONE month prior to the lease end so that they could "renovate" as theyhiked up the price by 2000$ per month. They were rude & insensitive on multiple occassions
Advice to owner:
